Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead HR across four New England locations supporting 200-300 employees. This is a highly visible, hands-on opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys partnering directly with the business, building relationships, and owning the full HR function. You'll work closely with the local leadership team, serving as a trusted HR partner while helping build scalable processes to support continued growth and the integration of additional locations. Key Responsibilities Lead HR across four New England locations. Partner with leadership on employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, and organizational needs. Own recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, training, and HR compliance. Provide guidance on employee relations, policies, and employment practices. Develop and improve HR processes to support a growing multi-site organization. Help build a positive, engaged, and accountable workplace culture. What We're Looking For Strong HR generalist experience with end-to-end HR ownership. Must have experience with payroll processing. Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, and training. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to work independently and comfortably partner with leaders at all levels. Manufacturing or multi-site experience is a plus. Why This Opportunity?
