The Title Clerk is responsible for processing vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork while ensuring compliance with Oklahoma state laws and dealership policies. Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds is preferred but not required. The position is responsible for keeping timely and accurate records. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multitask. The schedule is based on a 40 hour work week.Responsibilities include:Processing vehicle titles, registrations, and tag paperworkSubmitting paperwork to the Oklahoma Tax Commission and tag agenciesVerifying accuracy of sales and finance documentsMaintaining organized title and deal filesTracking title status and resolving title issuesAssisting with payoff processing and lien releasesCommunicating with customers, lenders, and tag agencies as neededEnsuring all paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate mannerQualifications:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer and office skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsPrevious dealership or title experience preferred, we will trainThis position requires professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to meet deadlines.We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
