Position Summary The Crew Person is responsible for performing specific tasks within the restaurant, providing guests with a positive experience, preparing quality food according to standards, and maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for guests and staff. Essential Functions Follow all guest service guidelines to ensure excellent service. Work assigned stations accurately, clean and stock work areas, and perform cleaning duties as needed. Ensure all products are prepared, packaged, and delivered according to menu standards. Handle food according to company procedures, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Follow cash control guidelines to minimize costs and properly use all resources. Communicate effectively with team members and guests. Perform other duties or projects as required. Qualifications and Core Competencies High school enrollment or diploma/equivalent preferred. Minimum age of 16 years. Reliable transportation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts. Work Environment Fast-paced, involving kitchen equipment in tight spaces. Physical Demands Stand for long periods.
