We are looking for an experienced Recruiter - This Long-term Contract position will partner closely with leaders to identify staffing needs, guide candidate selection, and help deliver a consistent and thorough recruitment experience. The role requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple searches while staying aligned with compensation, benefits, and employment practices.Responsibilities:• Lead full-cycle recruiting activities, including intake discussions, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and selection support for internal and external talent.• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.• Evaluate applicant qualifications, screen candidates, and present well-matched talent recommendations based on role requirements and business priorities.• Coordinate and manage interview schedules, feedback collection, and hiring steps to keep the recruitment process organized and efficient.• Prepare and extend employment offers, support pre-employment activities, and assist with logistics such as travel or relocation arrangements when needed.• Maintain accurate recruiting records, trackers, and status updates to ensure visibility into pipeline activity and hiring progress.• Provide guidance on market pay, employee benefits, and general human resources practices to support informed hiring decisions.• Support onsite hiring activity and collaborate with cross-functional teams in environments such as manufacturing facilities when recruiting needs require local coordination
