Production Supervisor
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for the overall results (safety, quality, and production) of the night shift, ensuring safety and quality standards are met at all times.

Responsibilities
- Ensure safety standards are met
- Lead and cultivate a collaborative and productive team
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety programs
- Duties include scheduling personnel and weekly payroll submission
- Training, Developing, and coaching employees
- Work with the team to maintain company cleanliness standards
- Lead and participate in improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and improve cost effectiveness
Qualifications

- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Available to work flexible hours
- Prior manufacturing experience is required
