Director of Member Services Strategy & Operations (Remote)
SHPCA SCAN Health Plan
SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Director of Service Operations & Strategy to lead strategy, governance, analytics, and operational integration for Member Services. You will drive performance reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
You will partner with Analytics, Technology, Workforce Management, Finance, and HR, while identifying automation opportunities and overseeing the transformation roadmap.
