- 2 years of work experience in the specialty applied for is required. - 2 years PICU experience with exposure to CICU is required. - BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications are required. - Candidates must be fully vaccinated, with no exceptions. - Valid compact licenses are accepted; a single state OH or multi-state license is required at the time of submission. - Applicants need a supervisor reference within the past 2 years. - Epic charting experience is preferred. - Candidates will float within the hospital, potentially to the Liberty campus. - Previous CCHMC employees are ineligible to apply for a period of 1 year from the term date. - A background check and fingerprinting on the first day is required; results could impact employment.
