LPN Float Pool - Full-Time Night Shifts, Sign-On Bonus

Community Health Systems

Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Float Pool. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, across multiple units, with a 3x12 hour shift pattern (7p-7a) and every-other weekend. Telemetry duties included for cardiac patients.

Qualifications include 1 year of bedside experience and Alabama state licensure. We offer a sign-on bonus, student loan contributions up to 20k, comprehensive benefits, and a competitive shift differential for
