Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular ICU

This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiovascular ICU. The facility provides healthcare services for a diverse patient population. It is a state-of-the-art facility with a focus on cardiac care and advanced surgical services. The unit consists of 12 beds with a patient ratio of 2:1 up to 4:1 depending on acuity. The patient population includes adult and geriatric patients. Common diagnoses treated include STEMI, N-STEMI, PE, cardiogenic shock, and post-catheterization care. The role requires teamwork, punctuality, and accountability. Candidates must have strong clinical skills and be knowledgeable in cardiac care. The dress code includes royal blue scrubs, with specific attire guidelines. Tattoos are acceptable but must not be offensive. Large hoop earrings, barbells, and bull rings are prohibited. This position replaces permanent staff and offers a rotating weekend schedule. Flexibility to float to other areas based on census may be required.
