Fiscal Project Support Specialist
Back Bay Staffing Group is looking for a candidate to provide support for fiscal projects for our client. The candidate will be trained by our client's fiscal staff to assist with process improvements. The candidate will be tasked with detailed data reporting, SharePoint maintenance and integration, workload analysis and database development. Specialized experience in the programs and internal platforms listed below is critical.
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Access
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Microsoft InfoPath
- Creating macros to automate processes
Contractor shall possess these skills and be responsible for the following projects. Skills required:
- Database design & maintenance
- Data extraction and analysis
Skills preferred, but not required:
- SQL
- Visual Basic
- XML
Our client's Fiscal service department relies heavily on the use of SharePoint to communicate to services in the field. The need for more robust use of this platform is critical. SharePoint provides our client with a Rapid Application Development (RAD) environment. An analyst is needed to provide document management support, automated workflow processes and web-based forms technologies. The hours will be Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Our candidates must report for duty with neat, clean and professional appearance. Attire is business casual.
