Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individualized therapy sessions utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy to address diverse client needs. \n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and tracking progress throughout the therapeutic journey. \n
- Provide compassionate support by employing active listening skills to understand and guide clients dealing with emotional distress, relationship dynamics, or mental health disorders. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to create a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care. \n
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation and records while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed about the latest clinical practices and therapeutic techniques. \n
The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique challenges in their mental health journeys. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. \n
- A current license to practice in Tennessee as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). \n
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing counseling services to clients. \n

Peaceful Circle offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a potential sign-on bonus.
