Job Duties

• Follow all process SOPs and training to ensure proper machine operation and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while complying with all company rules and safety procedures.
• Monitor product quality throughout the process and report any abnormalities to the team leader.
• Record production data, complete shift handovers, and communicate machine and material status .
• Strive to meet production goals for efficiency and quality, and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred - or real-world know-how that gets the job done.
• 1 year of Assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Can lift (up to) 25 lbs, stay active, and handle the grind.
• Show up on time, stay safe, and have your team's back.

What You Will Do


As a Production Operator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
