Quality Inspector

Hiring Production Workers With Pay Up To $21/hour In Wheeling, IL

Responsibilities :

• Perform inspections using measurement instruments such as optical comparator, micrometer, caliper, and go/no-go gauges

• Follow sampling plans to ensure product quality standards

• Support investigations, and customer complaint resolution processes

• Conduct root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions

• Ensure compliance with GMP quality standards

• Maintain accurate documentation and inspection records

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of quality inspection experience in a GMP manufacturing environment (not lab-based)

• Experience using optical comparator, micrometer, caliper, and go/no-go gauges

• Knowledge of sampling plans

• Experience supporting customer complaint investigations, and root cause analysis

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong understanding of quality inspection processes

• English proficiency (read, write, and understand)

Pay & Shift

• Pay: $18–$21/hour (based on experience)

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday (6:45 AM – 3:05 PM)

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday (5:00 PM – 1:20 AM)

• Shift Differential: $2/hour for 2nd shift

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
