What you will do:

• Lead the preparation of submittals for customer and engineering review.

• Review submittal responses and adjust bill of material for order placement.

• Create purchase orders and communicate job release requirements to vendors.

• Track delivery dates, maintain shipment summary and coordinate timely delivery to job sites while communicating this information regularly to customers.

• Maintain project BOM and manage customer invoicing in a timely manner.

• Quote change orders and project addition opportunities.

• Stay up to date on all freight claims & return material requests.

• Perform project close out including financial review and addressing any open items.

• Exercise discretion regarding changes to the BOM and pricing throughout the project. Communicate with customer and sales team, as appropriate.

• Use your judgment to make informed decisions that drive project management success, while aligning with company goals.

What you will bring:

• Experience managing projects from $50K - $500K from start to finish.

• Ability to manage a book of projects, up to $5 million in annual invoicing.

• Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required

• Associates Degree; or

• 2 - 4 years' of related experience and/or training; or

• Equivalent combination of education and experience

• General product knowledge and a commitment to stay up to date on assigned learning plans to build skills and remain current on new technology, trends and processes.

• Ability to engage and support team members, when available, to create bandwidth to take on additional work.

• Proven ability to start and complete tasks and be detail oriented.

• Willingness to assist in the training and development of other team members.

• In-depth knowledge of computer systems, Microsoft Office, etc.

• Team player who will abide by OneSource strong core values and beliefs.

Location and Work Hours: Fullerton, CA 8:00am-5:00pm

Salary Range:

• This exempt position pays between $85,00.00 – $94,000.00. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
