Ensure consistency and accuracy across all training materials tailored to Beckman Coulter's unique needs.Multimedia Content Creation: Produce engaging videos to supplement Beckman Coulter's learning materials, utilizing video authoring tools and Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Edit and enhance multimedia content specifically for Beckman Coulter to optimize impact and educational value.Project Management: Manage multiple Beckman Coulter projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office. Experience with video authoring tools and multimedia content creation. Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, STAR), specifically within the context of Beckman Coulter. Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
