Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join a growing team in NW Houston. This role is responsible for processing high-volume customer invoices, managing billing through multiple customer portals, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and on time
• Submit invoices through multiple customer billing portals
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
• Collaborate with customers and internal departments regarding billing issues

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of billing experience
• Experience with high-volume invoicing and customer billing portals
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems preferred

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a mostly remote work schedule and excellent long-term potential. Must reside in the Greater Houston area.
