Board-Eligible Or Board-Certified AnesthesiologistTap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative surgical team in Geneva, New York. This opportunity offers a strong compensation package, a manageable call schedule, and a diverse case mix within a supportive healthcare environment.The Anesthesiologist will provide anesthesia services across a variety of surgical specialties while working closely with surgeons, proceduralists, nursing staff, and perioperative teams to ensure safe and effective patient care. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $500,000 to $535,000 annually, along with an excellent work-life balance highlighted by no obstetrics and no trauma coverage requirements.Required QualificationsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology.Eligible for or able to obtain an active New York medical license.New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.Practice DetailsCall Schedule1:5 call rotation.Call weeks run from Wednesday through Tuesday (7 consecutive days).Approximately 9–10 call weeks per year, including 1–2 holiday call assignments annually.Physicians continue their regular Monday through Friday schedule during call weeks.Case MixCases include:EndoscopyOrthopedic SurgeryGeneral SurgeryUrologySpine SurgeryVascular SurgeryEar, Nose & Throat (ENT) SurgeryLifestyle BenefitsNo Obstetrics (OB) coverage.No Trauma coverage.Predictable call structure and balanced workload.Collegial and collaborative surgical environment.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a team-oriented Anesthesiologist who values clinical excellence, collaboration, and a balanced lifestyle.
