Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, control weaknesses, rework, and opportunities for automation and standardization. Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for billing and collections functions. Create detailed process maps, job aids, training materials, and operational reference guides.
