Automotive Sales Consultant

Job Summary The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for a Sales Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast‑paced industry. Provide timely follow‑up and maintain strong relationships with customers. Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects, and describe all optional equipment available for purchase. Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening. Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operating features, warranty, and paperwork, and building customer loyalty. Stay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, and how they benefit customers. Introduce customers to service department personnel and highlight service repair and maintenance quality. Other duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements 2+ years of sales or customer service experience. Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent. Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment. Prior proven customer‑service or retail sales experience. Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations. 18+ years of age to comply with the company driving policy.
