SYNERGY HomeCare Caregiver Position

SYNERGY HomeCare is an independently owned and operated national company renowned for high-quality home care, and we are hiring a dedicated caregiver to provide high-quality, patient-centered senior care across weekdays and weekends. If you are dependable, caring, and passionate about supporting older adults, we'd love to meet you.

This is a part-time to full-time position in the Brighton, South Lyon, Fenton, and Milford areas.

Duties

• Assist clients with housekeeping, meal preparation, and verbal medication reminders
• Aid clients in their personal care needs including showering, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide transportation to clients to attend doctors appointments, run errands, outings, etc. (Mileage is reimbursed).
• Deliver person-centered dementia care that provides safety, dignity, and meaningful engagement.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
• Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and information handling.
• Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.
