Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a large, well-known client in Northwood, OH. As a Warehouse Associate you will be an essential part of our clients core operations, ensuring that quality product is clean, undamaged, and ready to ship. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($19/HR) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shift:

• 1st shift: training 7AM to 3:30PM (same day overtime is possible), switch to 10AM to 6:30PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Order fulfillment
• Assist in filling and packaging orders and completing paperwork according to instructions
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move or deliver stock
• Perform general clean-up activities
• Maintain all equipment in working condition; report issues or breakdowns to Supervisor

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass a tape measure test
• Ability to use and understand scanning technology
• Ability to communicate procedures and instruct others in a clear and precise manner
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
