Responsibilities Provide care for patients. Manage medication administration and treatments. Provide medication education and complete documentation. Perform computer data entry – Receive full training. Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies. Requirements Must possess valid LVN license. Must have CPR / BLS. Must have at least 2 years of experience. Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements. Must submit to HHSC required drug test & fingerprinting.
