4 bed unit1:2 ratioAge Groups of Patients: Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, GeriatricTop 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Respiratory Failure, pneumonia, sepsis, post operative high risk patients, stroke, cardiac rhythyms, drug overdose, CHF, COPD, and multi-system failure.Any special procedure done on the unit? Assisting with Arterial line, chest tube, or central line insertions.Common Equipment: Vents, blood glucometer, Titrate Vasoactive Drips: Amarodione, Vasopressin, Levophed, Epinephrine, Neosynephrine, Lasix, Amarodione, Insulin, etc.CVP monitoring through TLC Great Teamwork, Engaged, KnowledgeableThis assignment will require floating to any/all nursing areas including off campus SNF.

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, ICU Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN-CA Certifications: BLS-AHA

ACLS-AHA

CERT-NIH Stroke Scale

Preferred Qualifications

Meditech Tele Interpretation Ventilators IV Insertion PICC Lines
