We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Director to join our team.. As a Maintenance Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facility, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. About the Role:

As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the maintenance and repair of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks
Coordinating and supervising the work of maintenance staff and contractors
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and budgets
Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes
