Pay: $18.50/hr + $3.00/hr perfect attendance bonus (up to $21.50/hr)
Shift: 1st shift, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Knox, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Mig Welder to start IMMEDIATELY at $18.50 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• MIG weld steel and aluminum components to specifications
• Produce high-quality welds meeting safety and production standards
• Read and follow weld instructions and blueprints
• Inspect welds for accuracy, consistency, and defects
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow all PPE/safety requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in MIG welding of steel and/or aluminum
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance with a solid work ethic (attendance bonus is a big perk here)

• Fabrication and Welding experience
