Leasing Manager — Drive Occupancy, Strategy & Growth

Greystar is seeking a senior on-site leader to manage the community's marketing, advertising and leasing activities. You will drive revenue and occupancy by directing sales efforts, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns, while coordinating with the maintenance team to maintain marketable, ready-to-lease units. You will lead the leasing process, analyze reports to improve performance, and oversee renewals and resident relations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
