Job Title - Senior Marketing Specialist

Duration - 3 Months with possible extension

Location - Rochester, MN (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead integrated email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and nurture programs.
• Manage marketing automation, campaign development, and segmentation using Adobe Marketo and CRM systems .
• Create personalized email content using audience insights, dynamic content, and responsive email design.
• Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize marketing results.
• Manage cross-functional projects, stakeholder relationships, and campaign timelines.
• Monitor email deliverability, data quality, and compliance with applicable email marketing regulations.
• Conduct market research and evaluate target audiences and competitive landscapes.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of professional marketing experience, OR a relevant master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo, CRM systems, and marketing automation .
• Strong expertise in email marketing strategy, campaign execution, segmentation, personalization, and lead nurturing.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive email design, and campaign performance analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and marketing data analysis.
• Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Experience with major brands and using AI tools for marketing content development.
