Interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth (Hybrid; local presence required)

Overview
Critical executive supporting hyper-growth of large-scale data center infrastructure platforms powering AI and cloud demand. This role will stabilize, scale, and lead the technology function during a high-growth phase.

Responsibilities

• Assess current technology environment; identify gaps and immediate priorities
• Stabilize and optimize enterprise systems, with a focus on improving Oracle performance and alignment with the business
• Define and execute a scalable technology roadmap aligned to infrastructure expansion
• Lead architecture decisions across data center and integrated technology platforms
• Partner with finance and operations to align systems with public company requirements and growth objectives
• Build and lead a lean technology team; establish structure, governance, and operating cadence
• Ensure platform readiness for customer onboarding, scalability, and reliability
• Advise executive leadership on technology strategy, investment prioritization, and risk

Requirements

• Prior CTO or CIO experience within a public company
• Track record scaling technology in high-growth, capital-intensive environments
• Experience in data centers, energy, infrastructure, or related industries
• Strong Oracle experience, including stabilization or transformation of underperforming environments
• Hands-on leader capable of operating in a lean, build-stage organization
