Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Sep 21, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift CT Technologist with 1 years of CT experience and ARRT-CT certification to support a Level 1 Trauma, academic medical center Details Adult acute care hospital setting including Emergency Department, ICU, and outpatient areas Level 1 Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center within an academic, research-based medical facility 3x12-hour night shifts, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM No floating required outside of scope Utilizes all-Siemens CT equipment (2020, identical protocols) with PACS integration EPIC charting experience preferred but not required Requirements Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certification required BLS certification required License required if applicable Teaching hospital experience required Level 1 Trauma experience required Siemens CT equipment experience required Experience with abdomen and pelvis imaging, with and without contrast, required Skilled in contrast media preparation/administration and starting peripheral IVs First-time travelers accepted Additional Information Scanners are ACR-accredited and affiliated with an academic medical school Ceil blue scrubs required On-site parking available at no cost Candidates must live more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible RTO must be submitted at time of application; additional requests subject to manager discretion after confirmation Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration Fit testing for respiratory protection is required; candidates must be clean-shaven to ensure proper mask seal, with no exceptions for medical or religious reasons American Traveler Job ID P-747951.
