Overview Lorien Taneytown is hiring Dietary Aides to join our dedicated team!
As a valued member of our food service department, you'll play a key role in supporting the overall health and well-being of our residents by ensuring delicious and nutritious meals are prepared and served with care. Compensation $15.00-$15.50 per hour (based on experience) Same Day Pay for all employees PRN Benefits Package 7 Major Holidays (Double time when worked) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Perks & Rewards Employee discounts Earn points, earn rewards program Attendance incentives Referral bonus program Professional development and career advancement opportunities Responsibilities What You'll Do: Assist in preparing, serving, and cleaning up meals according to established standards and guidelines
Deliver excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and team members
Ensure the kitchen and dining areas remain clean, safe, and well-organized at all times
Collaborate with dietary staff to provide nutritious, appealing meals that meet residents' dietary needs
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and infection control regulations Qualifications PRN (as needed)
Schedule: 6a-2:30p/12p-8p
Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
Age Requirement: Must be 17 years or older
