Branch Wholesale Product Specialist

Job Description This position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend appropriate solutions. Wholesale Product Specialists are expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, maintain maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and uphold high visual and quality standards. They will achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting store sales goals. The role includes contact with customers, may involve minors; handling cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value. The company requires a review of criminal history to protect the business, staff, customers, vendors, contractors, and the public. Location: Store #721076, 8 Canale Dr, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234. Responsibilities Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with policies and procedures. Maintain precise work order files and formulary. Tint and mix products as needed to meet customer specifications. Clean store equipment. Assist in making deliveries as needed. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options. Suggest ways to improve sales. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License. Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
