We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment where patient care and work-life balance are truly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to patients
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately
- Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercises
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Arizona PTA license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
