Key Responsibilities

• Guaranteed 8-hour shifts with nightly call coverage.
• Manage approximately 4,900 cases annually, including general, orthopedic, gynecological, and gastrointestinal procedures.
• Work within an 85% supervision model, with 15% of cases being independent.
• Proficiency in spinal, block, and epidural procedures is essential.
• No involvement in trauma or obstetrics cases.
• Handle preoperative and PACU responsibilities, with float coverage during the day.
• Maintain a call response time of 45 minutes to 1 hour.
• Collaborate with CRNAs for block procedures.
