Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract role providing speech-language therapy to K-12 students in an inclusive educational environment. This opportunity starts August 10th, 2026, and extends through May 28th, 2027. You’ll support a dynamic caseload of 160 students shared across three talented SLPs, blending 1:1, small group, and supervised SLPA sessions. The school values innovative, student-centered care and utilizes Frontline for case management. Flexible scheduling options are available: choose either a consistent on-site schedule or a hybrid model with three days on campus and two remote.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility for same)
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12 preferred)
• Familiarity with inclusive therapy models and collaborative service delivery
• Ability to supervise SLPAs as part of the clinical team
• Comfortable managing caseload documentation in Frontline or similar platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
• Deliver therapy in one-on-one and small group settings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and the SLP team to foster student progress
• Provide oversight, guidance, and supervisory support to SLPAs
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with all documentation requirements
