Line Operator – Oil Manufacturing Plant

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Operator to join our oil manufacturing team. The Line Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring production goals are met in a safe and efficient manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production line equipment.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Load raw materials and assist with machine setup as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished products.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
