Join an established concierge internal medicine platform in the Wilmington, Delaware region just 30 minutes from Philadelphia.

A highly respected concierge practice is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join its relationship-focused, low-volume care model as part of a planned physician succession and continued practice growth initiative.

This opportunity offers the ability to inherit an active concierge patient panel within a mature, highly personalized practice environment known for strong patient loyalty, accessibility, and continuity of care.

The incoming physician will join a stable concierge structure with an evolving focus on preventive, lifestyle, and functional medicine integration.

Position Highlights

  • Established concierge internal medicine platform with longstanding reputation
  • Structured succession opportunity with inherited patient relationships
  • Membership panel of approximately 600 concierge members
  • Low-volume care model currently averaging approximately 7 8 visits daily
  • Emphasis on preventive, wellness, and relationship-based medicine
