Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 11:30am-8pm, Friday 9:30am-6pm, Saturday 8am-6pm

*Need someone with flexible hours outside of this schedule on an as needed basis, overtime hours available

Position Summary: The Porter Supervisor will manage the Service Porters for Mercedes-Benz.

Essential Duties:

• Manage Schedules
• Manage the service drive vehicle flow
• Assist in interviews
• Assist in training, accountability and disciplinary actions as needed
• Manage customer valets and in-house shuttles
• Assist in department growth and success
• Any other needs/ tasks to ensure proper department operations

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Customer service oriented
• Valid drivers license

• High School Diploma or GED
