About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a large healthcare organization seeking experienced Provider Enrollment Specialists to support payer enrollment and credentialing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong provider enrollment experience who is detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Job Description:

The Provider Enrollment Specialist will support provider enrollment, credentialing, and special project initiatives. The role will initially involve data management and enrollment activities and will expand into coordinating projects, monitoring progress, and supporting new payer initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete provider enrollment and payer application processes.
• Maintain and update provider information in NPPES and CAQH.
• Enroll providers with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Review applications for completeness and identify enrollment discrepancies or red flags.
• Track provider enrollment status and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate provider data within credentialing and enrollment systems.
• Support new payer and special project initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate with providers, payers, and internal teams regarding enrollment status.

Requirements:

• 2+ recent years of provider enrollment experience required.
• Hands-on experience with NPPES and CAQH.
• Experience enrolling providers with Medicare, Medicaid, UHC, Aetna, Cigna, and other commercial payers required.
• Knowledge of provider enrollment, credentialing, and recredentialing processes.
• Experience with Epic, Microsoft Access, Excel, or credentialing systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify enrollment discrepancies.
• Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to pivot between priorities and meet project deadlines.
