Role: Finance Analyst

• Developing and improving on finance and performance dashboards
• Utilizing databases and dashboards to identify and solve ongoing business issues in order to generate actionable insight for executives
• Partner with business unit stakeholders to determine their on-going analysis needs in order to drive insight
• Perform financial close activities, to include financial statement consolidation, variance analysis of budget versus plan, and booking accruals
• Conduct financial forecasting, to include the yearly business plan and ongoing forecasting based on the needs of the business
• Present succinct and insightful financial insights to business unit executives Qualifications Required
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or a similar quantitative degree.
• 1 to 3 years of financial planning & analysis experience at a multi-national company preferably in the technology space.
• Proficiency in excel, especially using pivot tables and v-lookup functionality.
• Excellent quantitative, written, and presentation skills, with an attention to thoroughness and detail.
• Prior experience presenting insights and analysis to senior leadership. Preferred
• Master's Degree, MBA
• Prior experience using databases and extracting data using SQL.
• Experience with Oracle and Hyperion.
• Ability to research and analyze data from internal and external sources.
• Superior skills with Microsoft Office application.
• Experience with SAP BPC and SQL.
