Onsite Staffing Operations ManagerSchedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexibility required to work Saturday or Sunday twice a month) Mayfield, KYPosition OverviewReporting to the IWO Director, the Onsite Staffing Operations Manager will manage client and employee relationships. The Onsite Staffing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing workforce operations at a client manufacturing facility, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, retention initiatives, and client support. This role serves as the primary liaison between Impact Workforce Solutions, the client leadership team, and the onsite workforce to ensure staffing goals, productivity targets, and employee engagement objectives are achieved.Job ResponsibilitiesManagement and support of open requisitionsQualification and placement of candidates to open requisitionsSupport coordination of orientation for new hiresManagement of Active HeadcountPerform new hire backgrounds, drug screens, onboarding timely and effectivelySupport payroll hours submissionPerform/Assist in employee terminationsServe as the main contact for hiring managers, client HR, and employeesWork closely with client managers to find solutions for recruiting/retention issuesEvaluate staffing strategy and plansCoaching/Counseling and MentoringPerformance ReviewsAttendance TrackingManage client employee relations investigations, providing support, documentation, and guidanceOther duties as needed or assignedJob RequirementsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience1-3 years' manufacturing and/or logistics operational experienceRecruiting experience is a plus1-3 years' prior operations experience in manufacturing or distribution center environmentProficient in Microsoft Office productsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skillsCompany SummaryNo matter what stage of your career, Impact Workforce Solutions can help you achieve your goals and realize your full potential.
