Dental Receptionist/Front Office

We want to provide quality dental care with compassion, knowledge, and skill. This position is for Front Desk, which includes Reception, Scheduling, Phone, and more. Having phone and computer skills are highly important. We are looking for someone that is energetic, personable, works as a team, has natural communication skills, and loves taking care of and communicating with people.

Experience with Dentrix Ascend and with dental insurance is extremely helpful.

This is a Full-time position. We would like someone that is ready to join for a long-term position.

Our team is looking for someone with great personality, energy and communication skills. Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist/concierge to join our team! 

As the receptionist/concierge for our dental office, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. 

Responsibilities 

• Greet patients as they arrive
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
• Scheduling
• Phone communication
• Taking payments
• Helping patients with insurance/benefits

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Preferred experience with Dentistry
• Preferred experience with Dental Software
