Senior Living Maintenance Assistant

Merrill Gardens - 2600 North Milwaukee Street - Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned, including installations and repairs involving plumbing and electrical equipment, fire and sprinkler equipment, H.V.A.C., landscape, carpentry work, painting, and equipment repair.; Must understand and have knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS); Ensure that walls, floor coverings, doors, windows, furniture, woodwork in the common areas of the community are properly maintained and repaired.; Must have basic prep and painting abilities; Repair and maintain vacated rooms in a timely manner which includes painting walls and cleaning carpets.
