About the Role We’re partnering with a growing company that’s looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead their Accounts Receivable team across multiple business units. If you know how to balance strong customer relationships with driving collections and keeping DSO in check, this could be the right next step. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the Accounts Receivable function and a team of specialists Improve processes and keep collections on track Maintain key customer relationships and resolve payment issues Analyze AR data and share insights with leadership Track aging accounts, manage disputes, and ensure accuracy Collaborate with Sales and Ops to keep communication flowing Support audits and help keep everything in compliance What We’re Looking For 5+ years in AR leadership, preferably in a multi-entity setup Great with numbers and people—strong analytics and team management Comfortable with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus) Clear communicator who’s proactive and solutions-focused Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field If you like building strong teams, improving systems, and making a real impact, we’d love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr Banyan Search
