Associate Account Executive

We’re looking for a motivated Associate Account Executive to help bring innovative software solutions to boutique fitness businesses. In this role, you’ll connect with studio owners and operators, learn their unique challenges, and demonstrate how our platform can help them grow and operate more efficiently.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to build strong consultative selling skills, gain SaaS experience, and make a measurable impact on revenue growth. You’ll generate new business through outreach, product demonstrations, and relationship building while working alongside a collaborative sales team.The Associate Account Executive contributes directly to team revenue goals while developing the skills and experience needed to grow into more advanced sales roles.What You’ll DoConduct engaging virtual software demonstrations that highlight how our solutions help boutique fitness businesses succeedGenerate new business through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and marketing campaignsBuild relationships with studio owners and decision makers to understand their needs and recommend the right solutionsAchieve and exceed monthly sales goals, including outbound activity and demo targetsMaintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline in Salesforce, including forecasting and opportunity trackingClearly communicate product value to maximize conversion and cross-sell opportunitiesDocument prospect interactions and sales progress throughout the full sales cycleApply Daxko’s consultative sales approach to guide customers from discovery through closeDevelop expertise in the boutique fitness market, our products, and the competitive landscapeCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to onboarding and customer successTravel up to 25% as neededWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable presenting and explaining solutions in a virtual environmentHighly organized with strong time management and attention to detailSelf-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and take initiativeAdaptable and eager to learn in a fast-growing, evolving environmentTeam-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve goalsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience1+ year of experience in inside sales, business development, or another customer-facing roleExperience using a CRM system to track leads and sales activityExperience presenting or demonstrating products or services virtuallyPreferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in SaaS or software salesExperience in the health, fitness, or wellness industryExperience using Salesforce or similar CRM platformsSales training, certifications, or professional development coursesAdditional informationDaxko is dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.
