Lead Licensed Esthetician
Waukesha, WI
$20 – $23 per hour + Performance-Based Bonuses
We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, confident in client interactions, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
We are growing into a new, larger location! If you enjoy performing advanced aesthetic treatments and helping clients feel confident in their skin, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career with a supportive and expanding team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform results-driven skincare treatments, including:
- Signature facials
- Chemical peels
- Hydradermabrasion
- Microneedling
- Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments
- Recommend personalized treatment plans and skincare products
- Deliver exceptional client experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
- Assist with front desk tasks and inventory management as needed
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention
- Participate in and create social media content
- Active Wisconsin Esthetician License (required)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing aesthetic treatments
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Interest in advanced treatments, including energy-based devices
- $20 – $23 per hour (based on experience)
