Experienced Framer

Location: Eugene, OR

Pay: DOE (Competitive based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Framer to join a growing construction team. This role requires hands-on experience with residential or commercial framing and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of structural framing and job site safety.

Key Responsibilities

Frame interior walls according to blueprints and specifications
Assist with stair framing and layout as needed
Install and frame subflooring structures
Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials
Ensure accuracy, plumb, and level alignment in all framing work
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean job site
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

2+ years of framing experience (residential or commercial)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
Experience with stairs and subfloor framing strongly desired
Proficient with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
