Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders with a positive attitude
• Prepare delicious pizzas according to company standards and customer preferences
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a great experience for every customer
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals
• Assist with various tasks as needed, including lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
