As a Retail Sales Associate at BestBuy, you will represent Samsung’s brand, show knowledge of its devices—phones, tablets, wearables—and help customers choose the right products. Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend Samsung products that fit those needs. Build confidence in Samsung products and services for both BestBuy employees and customers as a brand evangelist. Build strong partnerships with BestBuy staff to support store initiatives and achieve sales goals. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis. Provide excellent customer and client service through interaction with customers and BestBuy employees. Ensure retail brand standards are met through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness. Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches. Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights. Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance. Daily accurate reporting. Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quotas or goals. Customer/client satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of Samsung products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and high‑demand retail holidays. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
