About This Role The Registered Nurse on Acute Care 3 at Guthrie Lourdes provides direct nursing care to patients with various acute care illnesses, ensuring adherence to established policies and protocols. This role is ideal for RNs seeking a full-time position in a dynamic healthcare environment. Highlights Pay: $39.00 - $54.12/hour Location: Binghamton, NY Schedule: Full-time, Day shift Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 What You'll Do Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with healthcare team members.
