Senior Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team! Responsibilities/Skills Lead technical site design and field inspection activities across projects from concept through construction Manage projects, including scope, schedule, coordination, and delivery of engineering solutions Design site grading, roadway systems, and utility infrastructure Develop stormwater management, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, and pump station designs Coordinate and prepare permit applications with regulatory agencies Serve as a primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation, networking, and identifying new opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and project stakeholders Mentor and train junior engineers, supporting their technical development Lead project teams and overseeing design efforts Demonstrate strong reliability, accountability, and long-term commitment to organizational growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution Eight to ten + years progressive experience in civil engineering design with a focus on project management and leadership Strategic thinker Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, concepts, and practices Effective communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in engineering software tools such as Civil 3D PE license required Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Experience managing teams required Experience with client management and business development required #J-18808-Ljbffr
